During this workshop you will learn more about edible flowers, what's in season and how do they taste? How can you use flowers not only in a decorative way, but also how they can add an extra dimension to the flavor. While going through two recipes, we will explore fresh and dried flowers and how to combine them with herbs and fruits.

We'll teach you how to get the best espressoshot from you home-machine. You will learn how to get the right settings on your coffee-grinder, the paramaters of the espressomachine, maintenance and milk-foam basics.
