Ordering & Shipping

 

All online orders are packed and delivered from our roastery in Amsterdam. Cut off for dispatch is 15h (local time)

We send out coffee which is roasted 1 to 7 days prior

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

NL orders are through PostNL and is expected to arrive the following business day

  • Shipped on Monday-Friday: expected delivery next day
  • Shipped on Saterday-Sunday: expected delivery on Tuesday
  • Shipping flat rate €3,50 per parcel

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped through PostNL. Depending destination country shipping time may vary. Postal carriers are operating during business days.

  • Belgium -2 days
  • France/UK/ Germany -3 days
  • Southern & Eastern Europe -4 days (Eastern Europe shipping time might suffer delay)

  • We do take orders outside the EU on specific request

 

RETURNS

All coffee tools/non-food products can be returned within 14 days after purchase. Since our coffee beans are fresh produce the standard return policy of 14 days does not apply. If you have any issues or concerns with your delivered coffee, please contact us at order@rumbaba.nl or What's App 06 11 464 590. We will respond within two working days.

 

PICK UP

Orders can be picked up at one of our shop locations in Amsterdam. Please indicate your preferred pick up location. Orders will be ready for pick up within two days, we will get in touch to confirm earliest pick up time

 

PAYMENT

Online you can select and directly order one of our coffees. We make use of Mollie Payment services for processing the transaction. Payment can be done by: Credit Card, iDeal, Bankcontact and Sofort Banking

 

SAMPLE POLICY

For wholesale we are happy to send you samples. Please do contact us for a wholesale account by Emailing us at order@rumbaba.nl and we get in touch with you. We offer samples free of charge, we only charge the current costs of shipping
